You have a lot of nerve trying to trample on MY right to post my opinions on this or any forum. As for my animal welfare advocacy... you know NOTHING about me or what I do. And my comments on this story won't have any impact on AC's decision regarding the welfare of that cat. I know Deb Oberle personally; first I would not tell her what to do and second I know she will act in the best interests of the animal. I don't want to see that cat- who was born into captivity and lived in a home - spend the rest of its life in a cage, but it needed to go someplace in the interim where people know how to take care of it until a more permanent solution can be found. Who knows if her original home was even good for her b/c any doof with money can buy one of these cats. That is not conservancy; it's business. I DO feel strongly that Servals and other exotic wild cats should NOT be bred to be sold as pets - again, that is not conservancy but business.
