I am a former member of the Board of Supervisors of Northampton Township and had been a Supervisor 24 years serving from 1983 to 2007.
I am a Republican Committeeman representing Northampton District 7 and also an Executive member of the Buck County Republican Committee.
An insurance broker by trade and am now retired; formally a VP at Paist and Noe Insurance in Richboro.
My wife is Joan Palestina and we have a son, Peter, Jr., daughter, Melissa Hower and are grandparents to Sean and Matthew.
I am a Past President of the Philadelphia Chapter of the Society of Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriters (CPCU) and former Chairman of the Society’s Insurance Fraud Speakers Task Force. I have coordinated a “Fire Safety In the Home” contest in the Council Rock Elementary Schools on behalf of the Philadelphia Chapter of CPCU for over 30 years.
I am a member and Chairman of the Bucks County Solid Waste Advisory Committee and former member of the Northampton Township Veterans Advisory Commission.
I am privileged to be Northampton Township’s coordinator of the Patriots Flag Program which was instituted in 2003 and still continues today.
I am proud to say that I served in the United States Marine Corps 1966-1972 and am a member and Paymaster for the Marine Corps League Patriot Detachment.
I love to doo-wop, used to sing in a group during the 1960’s and chair the Northampton Days Talent Show Competition.
I am a member of the Northampton Senior Center and administrator of its billiards league.
