Missing Elderly Woman Found Dead in Delaware River
Crews from Bensalem, Bristol and Lower Southampton searched the Neshaminy Creek and Delaware River for a 73-year-old woman who went missing Wednesday night.
Authorities confirm to Patch that Jean Carson's body was found in the Delaware River near the Burlington-Bristol Bridge in New Jersey. The 73-year-old's body was discovered near the bridge and state police crews removed it from the water, a bridge employee said. Crews removed the body just less than 5 miles from where she disappeared late Wednesday night in the 900 block Haunted Lane Bensalem.
