Officers Arrest Wanted Fugitive

Lower Southampton authorities arrested a woman wanted out of Central Pennsylvania on Monday, according to a police report.

A 47-year-old woman wanted for a parole violation out of Central Pennsylvania was arrested at the Croftwood Apartment complex Monday afternoon. Jessica Yoder, 43, no fixed address, was arrested Monday afternoon after police received information from Lower Paxton, Dauphin County police and the U.S. Marshal's Fugitive Warrant Unit. Police in Lower Paxton were informed that the suspect was picked up by a female Croftwood Apartment complex resident in Pottstown, Montgomery County day prior, Lower Southampton police reported. Township police went to the apartment complex and spoke with staff. State Police Arrest Bristol Man on Outstanding Warrant

Pennsylvania State Police released a recent blotter of crimes.

The following information was provided by the Pennsylvania State Police Police Trevose station. Where an arrest is listed, it does not indicate a conviction. A Bristol man was arrested on an outstanding warrant by a state trooper on Friday, Jan. 4, according to police reports. On Friday, Jan. 4 just before 1:30 p.m. Trooper Lee Nolan initiated a traffic stop on I-95 northbound at Exit 40. Upon further investigation it was determined that the driver, a 23-year-old from Bristol, had an outstanding warrant from the Bucks County Sheriffs Office. The warrant was in regards to a parole violation for simple assault.

Police Identify ID Theft Suspect

The subject allegedly stole multiple Lower Southampton residents' identities and opened credit cards and memberships with them.

Lower Southampton Police have identified Michael Dawes, 55 of Philadelphia, as the subject who allegedly stole multiple Lower Southampton residents' identities. According to Detective Eric Landamia, in 2010 stole the identifying information of two Lower Southampton Township residents within one week of each other. He used the information to open memberships and credit accounts with various retailers, including Costco, police said. Early last month, another Lower Southampton Township resident reported the theft of his identity with the information having been used to open credit accounts with Lowe’s, Sears and Sam’s Club. Between Nov. 4-10, Trevose troopers responded to the following incidents: On Nov. 4 state police responded to a reported theft from a vehicle. Police said between 10:02 and 11:30 a.m., somebody stole $90 from a jacket pocket located on the rear seat of a victim’s unlocked in a church parking lot in the 300 block of Main Street in Hulmeville. Philly Pair Charged with Macy’s Theft

Man and woman face retail theft, conspiracy and other charges related to department store arrest. Bail set at $350K.

The following arrest information was provided by the Bensalem Township Police Department. It does not imply conviction. Bensalem police have arrested a man and woman from Northeast Philadelphia for theft from a local department store. On Aug. 9 at 7:56 p.m., Bensalem police responded to Macy’s in the Neshaminy Mall. Police said they arrested Erica J. Pryor, 25, and Dontre M Boozer Ballard, 22, both of the 10000 block of Veree Road, Philadelphia. Pryor charged with retail theft, criminal conspiracy and false ID to law enforcement. Ballard was charged with retail theft, criminal conspiracy and had an outstanding warrant out of Philadelphia. They were sent to Bucks County Prison in lieu of $350,000 bail each.
