The Lower Southampton Police Department received a report of an intoxicated subject laying in the middle of Brownsville Road on Tuesday, Dec. 4 around 7:30 p.m. The complainant, the owner of Trevose Shoe Store, told police that she picked the man up out of the street and that he was stumbling and staggering in the shoe store parking lot. She said she has dealt with this subject being intoxicated before. Upon arrival, the complainant told police that the the subject, a 50-year-old Trevose resident, was sitting on the side of the nearby laundry mat. The subject has been cited for public drunkenness several times before. Officers observed him sitting on the curb along the wall of the laundry mat with an empty bottle of vodka on the ground …

Theft Tuesday, Dec. 4, it was reported that two air conditioning units were stolen from the rear of the building that was last occupied by the US Census Bureau on the 1100 block of Bustleton Pike. An employee of Feeney's told police that he was doing work in the nursery area when he noticed the missing units. The estimated value of the units is $5,000. A man was charged following an incident where he brandished a gun at three victims leaving church Saturday, August 4.
A Feasterville man is facing charges following an incident in which he allegedly brandished a handgun at three men leaving church this weekend. Lower Southampton Police were dispatched at 10:42 p.m. Saturday, August 4 to the Word of Life Church on the 300 block of E. Street Road for the report of an armed subject. According to a police report, the three victims told police that an armed subject brandished a black handgun at them in the parking lot of the church. Lower Southampton Police received an anonymous report of a man swinging at hockey stick at a woman in the parking lot of John's Cafe.
Lower Southampton Police were dispatched to the parking lot of John's Cafe on Brownsville Road Sunday, July 8:17 p.m. after a passing motorist reported seeing a male swinging a hockey stick at a female. Upon arrival, police observed debris from a vehicle all over the parking lot and a female sitting on the curb crying. The female reported a dispute with her boyfriend Christopher Pursell, 27. When officers made contact with Pursell, of no fixed address, they detected an odor of alcohol coming from him as he was sitting in the front seat of his vehicle. She later noticed that her wallet was missing from her purse, which contained about $100 cash, her driver's license and numerous credit cards. On Friday, Aug. 19 at 2:54 a.m., state police stopped a vehicle on I-95 northbound at milepost 41 in Middletown for speeding. The driver, William A. Errico III, 32, of Holland, was found to be intoxicated. He was arrested for DUI. Errico was given a blood test, processed and released. He faces charges in district court. Police said the passenger, Lane E. Stocker, 31, of Newtown, became belligerent and disorderly while Errico was being investigated. She was also intoxicated and police determined her behavior was a danger to herself of others. She was arrested at the scene for public drunkenness and issued a non-traffic citation. Trooper Matthew Lopresto investigated these incidents with assistance from Trooper Thomas Geerlof.
