This ios the WORST company you could possibly deal with. Incorrect order of parts, dishonesty and overall unprofessional behavior. Wise mouth technicians that do nothing but bash other companies and don't know how to repair appliances. They are nothing but excuses. Look elsewhere - these folks are the worst.

The poor review on this company is unfounded. A & R repaired my equipment with complete knowledge and very professional behavior. The repair man replaced a worn part immediately and explained everything that he did. I would recommend them very highly. I never met or knew of them prior to my repair, but now I feel that they are my friends.
