Dolphin Swim Club Closes for the Season

Lower Southampton's Dolphin Swim Club closed for the season and was unable to remain open into September.

Lower Southampton Township's is now closed for the season.

According to the township website, the club will not be open on the weekends, but it will be open this Wednesday and Thursday from 8 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. for members to pick up their furniture and personal belongings.

The township sent a letter out to members, which stated that the club needed to "sell enough day passes to support operational costs to keep the Dolphin open," but after closer review of the end of season financials of the Dolphin budget this year, this was not possible, according to a statement on the township's Facebook page.
