Southampton Railroad Station Society Steam Train Charter in New Hope, PA

On the first day of autumn, join the Southampton Railroad Station Society for a rare all-reserved steam excursion to Ivyland, PA powered by the New Hope & Ivyland Railroad’s Philadelphia built #40 Baldwin Locomotive.

Bring your cameras to partake in several photo runbys over the Neshaminy Creek, None Such Farms and the historic Hobensack’s Mill in Ivyland, PA. This is the trip for Reading Railroad and steam enthusiasists. Take advantage of this rare opportunity to ride the Reading as it was in the 1920’s through scenic Bucks County.

  • This train will operate rain or shine.
  • Departs New Hope station - 10:30AM
  • Returns to New Hope - 3:00PM

This is an all-reserved trip with limited seating. Please order your tickets early. Orders may be submitted by mail using the form uploaded to this event page, or directly via PayPal.
