Webb, Congdon to Lead Neshaminy School Board in 2013

Next year, Ritchie Webb will remain the Neshaminy School Board president with Scott Congdon taking over the VP duties.

In 2013, Ritchie Webb will remain the president of the Neshaminy School Board with Scott Congdon taking over the duties of vice president.

During the annual reorganization meeting, Webb was the sole nominee for the president position and the board unanimously re-elected him.

Kim Koutsouradis nominated Scott Congdon to replace him as the board's vice president.

"As much as it has been terrific, I would like to pass the torch on," Koutsouradis said of nominating Congdon, who was the sole nominee.

Congdon was elected as the board's 2013 vice president with a 8-1 vote; Mike Morris voted against appointed Congdon as the VP, but did not make a public statement about it.
