Superintendent Calls for Early Dismissal June 8 & 9

Due to , Neshaminy School District Superintendent Louis Muenker called for schools in the district without air conditioning to be dismissed early  June 8 and June 9.

The following non-air conditioned schools will be dismissed early Wednesday and Thursday:

• Samuel Everitt Elementary School
• Oliver Heckman Elementary
• Herbert Hoover Elementary
• Walter Miller Elementary
• Carl Sandburg Middle School
• Albert Schweitzer Middle School

The early dismissal will be for Wednesday and Thursday of this week starting at 12:30 p.m. for Carl Sandburg followed by 1 p.m. dismissals for Everitt, Lower South, Miller and 1:15 p.m. for Ferderbar, Heckman, Hoover and Schweitzer.

There will be no P.M. kindergarten for both days for those elementary schools dismissing early.
