Neshaminy's Facilities Ad Hoc Committee will meet tonight, Sept. 10, at 6:30 p.m. to continue talks of consolidating the school district -- plans include the possibility of building a new elementary school at the and closing some elementary schools.
McKissick Associates created a plan for the school district that included a variety of options for the school board to consider to better utilize its facilities.
The school board is slated to approve the McKissick Associates Tuesday to move forward with submitting initial plans to the state in order to qualify for additional funding.
Neshaminy could receive about $4 million in state funding to help in the construction of a new school and consolidation of schools within the district.
