Poll Results: Will Court Intervention Help Neshaminy's Contract Impasse?

Patch asked you this week if court intervention in Neshaminy's contract impasse could help.

This week, members of the Neshaminy Federation of Teachers and the Neshaminy School Board appeared before Bucks County Judge Robert Baldi and Patch wanted to know you if you thought this would be benefitial.

The judge could have ruled for around-the-clock and weekend negotiations. Community members were concerned about this possible ruling based on the school board members' committment to their families and full-time jobs.

In our poll, 69 percent of voters felt that court involvement would not help move the negotiation process along in order to end the nearly 5-year contract impasse.
