NHS to Host 20th Annual 'Kaleidoscope of Bands'

Neshaminy High School will host the 20th annual Kaleidoscope of Bands event Oct. 27, 2012.

The Neshaminy High School's department of music is inviting the community to its 20th annual Kaleidoscope of Bands Marching Band Show Oct. 27, 2012 at 7 p.m.

The show will feature high school marching bands in the high school's Harry Franks Stadium.

Bands performing are Council Rock South, Pennridge, William Tennent, Montgomery NJ, Council Rock North, Hunderdon Central NJ, Easton, Cherry Hill East NJ, Pennsbury, Bensalem and Harry S. Truman.

The show then will conclude with a performance by the award winning Neshaminy High School Redskin Marching Band.

"This will be a fabulous evening of musical entertainment and visual pageantry," Music booster club member Derya Warner said.

According to the Warner, the Kaleidoscope of Bands is the music department's biggest fundraiser and helps keep the "music flowing at Neshaminy School District."

Tickets are $6 for students and $8 for adults and can be purchased ahead of time through the music department or at the gate at the event.
