NHS Select Choir is a Semi-Finalist in B101 Christmas Choir Competition

Vote for Neshaminy High School's Select Choir in the competition.

The Neshaminy High School Select Choir is one of nine choirs selected as a semi-finalist in the B101 Radio Christmas Choir Competition. 

The competition is vote based and the choir needs the community to vote for them. Their song “I Want a Hippopotamus for Christmas” will be announced by Tiffany and Michael of the morning show on Tuesday, Dec. 11 at 7 a.m.

On Tuesday, voting between NHS and two other schools will be held between 7:15 a.m. and 9 p.m.

If Neshaminy obtains the most votes, the choir will be moved into the Finals of the Competition on Thursday, Dec. 13. If this happens, voting will be held again.

The winner of the competition receives an $8,000 Cunningham Piano; 2nd place receives $2,000 and 3rd place receives $1,000.
