Neshaminy School Board to Begin Budget Process

The Neshaminy School Board will meet Tuesday night and consider approving a preliminary budget for the next school year.

The Neshaminy School Board will begin its budget process Tuesday night by considering approving a proposed preliminary budget for the 2013-2014 school year. This is just an initial step in adopting a final budget and being done in accordance with Act 1.

The budget will be a topic of discussion at board meetings until a final budget it adopted by the end of June 2013.

In addition, at Tuesday's work session, the school board will consider approving two overnight trips.

Superintendent Robert Copeland will give his report, which is typically announcing good news within the district.
