ACAB Welcomes a New Subsidiary Board Member

ACAB welcomes its newest board member, Kim Leslie of Feasterville.

Wednesday night at the LSTWP Board of Supervisor's meeting, Kim Leslie of Feasterville was voted in as its new member to the Animal Control Advisory Board (ACAB). Kim is a long time resident of Feasterville and a volunteer to the ACAB Board for more than a year.

Kim will be bringing her expertise with animal welfare and dog rescue to the ACAB. She is founder of Wet Nose Rescue, a non-breed specific dog rescue organization.

Wet Nose Rescue has successfully found responsible, loving homes for several hundred dogs. They work not only with local individuals, but assist many shelters considered to be “high-kill” throughout the country. Kim worked directly with Rescue that has been involved in disaster recovery, especially during the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina.
