Board of Supervisors Reorganize

The Lower Southampton Board of Supervisors reorganized Tuesday evening.

The Lower Southampton Board of Supervisors held a reorganization meeting Tuesday evening.

After supervisor Joseph McFadden was sworn in by Judge John Waltman, the board unanimously voted to keep John McMenamin as its Chairman and Keith Wesley as its Vice Chairman.

Judge Waltman also swore in newly elected township auditors Patrick Irving and Arkady Rays.

McFadden, Republican, . Rays and Irving, both Republican, both ran uncontested as well.

Township residents were also appointed to subsidiary boards.

In addition, the Board of Supervisors announced that Robert Butts was hired as the township's new Finance Director. He is replacing Frank Celona.
