The victim reported that his tools, valued at $2,224.72, were stolen from a locked home under construction.

Public Drunkenness
700 block of Bustleton Pike, Feasterville
Sunday, May 29, 2011
A Hong Kong King Buffet employee reported that she could not wake up Anton Maksimchuk, 26 of Philadelphia. Police determined that he was intoxicated and could smell alcohol on him. He was cited for public drunkenness.

Narcotics Possession
1000 block of Bustleton Pike, Feasterville

Stephen Weiss, 20 of Holland, was pulled over for speeding when police detected the smell of marijuana coming from the car. Upon checking the trunk of Weiss' car, police found a small amount of marijuana. Weiss claimed ownership of the marijuana, but denied smoking it prior to the stop. He passed a field sobriety test and was issued citations for speeding and disorderly conduct and the marijuana was seized.

Police reported to a residence following a noise complaint. Oren Lev, 20 of Feasterville, reported that he was the owner of the home. Lev gave police a false birth date. He will be cited for underage drinking.

1800 block of Brownsville Road, Trevose

A pharmacist at the Rite Aid reported that a while male wearing a black baseball cap, black shirt, black pants and black shoes tried to pass a false script. Upon being told that the script could not be filled, the subject quickkly left the store.

Driving Under the Influence
400 block of Whittier Drive, Langhorne

A traffic accident was reported in front of a residence . Rhett Tierney, 21 of Langhorne, told police that he was driving the car that hit some parked cars on Whittier Drive. Police reported that Tierney smelled of alcohol and the front of his shirt and shorts appeared to be wet. In addition, police reported that the center console of the car was wet and smelled of alcohol. Tierney said that he had consumed several alcoholic beverages, which he said contributed to the crash. He failed three field sobriety tests and a preliminary breath test and was subsequently taken into custody. A pipe containing marijuana residue was found at the scene of the accident, which Tierney admitted owning. Tierney will be charged with with DUI, related traffic offenses, accidents involving damage to vehicles or property and possession of drug paraphernalia upon receipt of blood and urine lab results.

A complainant reported that items had been stolen from his car overnight. A GPS and USB car charger were stolen from his locked car.

Theft
100 block of E. Endfield Road, Feasterville
Monday, May 30, 2011
Police responded to a call of a theft from a car. The car owner reported that an Ipod cable was taken from his unlocked car, which was in his driveway, overnight. There was a small amount of dried blood found on the driver door; a sample was collected for processing. Police reported that the theft may be related to other thefts that took place overnight at W. Endfield and Springmeadow Road.

The car owner reported that sometime overnight someone entered his unlocked car and removed items from the center console. A GPS, cell phone charger and Ipod charger were taken.  A small amount of dried blood was found on the driver side door. A swab sample was taken of the blood and logged into evidence.

The car owner reported that his GPS and camera equipment were missing from his car in the morning. He said his car was left unlocked overnight in his driveway.

A complainant reported that items had been stolen from two of his cars overnight. An Ipod, sunglasses, some clothing, a backpack containing a laptop, an MP3 player, cell phone, watch and a prescription bottle of Adderall were taken from both cars, which were left unlocked. The clothes and laptop were found nearby in bushes
