Sometime overnight, an unknown actor entered the complainant's unlocked 2004 Hyundai parked in her driveway. The faceplate to her car stereo, her car and house keys were stolen.

The complainant reported that an Ipad, numerous credit cards, $300 cash, 50 Percocet and 50 Xanax pills were taken from her unlocked 1993 Jeep Laredo between 2 a.m. and 3:30 a.m. in the parking lot.

The complainant reported pulling out of the Faulkner dealership on Street Road in Bensalem when a male operating a black Acura cut her off and began yelling at her. The complainant switched lanes to get away from the male, but he proceeded to aggressively tailgate the complainant. When she approached Old Street Road, the male accelerated quickly around the complainant without signalling and then intentionally slammed his brakes, trying to make the complainant hit him. The actor fled onto Ann Drive, but the complainant was able to capture a picture of the actor and his vehicle. Based on statements from both parties and a witness, the actor, Dmitry Agres, 27 of Feasterville, will be cited for following too closely, reckless driving, turning movements, required signals and disorderly conduct.

The complainant reported than an unknown actor entered his unlocked Ford utility truck sometime overnight and stole $800 cash, extra keys and his two prescriptions for Adderall and Lipitor.

E. Street Rd, Feasterville

Officers were dispatched at about 8:57 p.m. for the report of a two-vehicle accident at E. Street Road and Philmont Avenue. They observed two vehicles pulled onto the eastbound shoulder upon arrival and made contact with Joseph Gorzoch, 34 of Bensalem, who appeared intoxicated. His eyes were glassy, his speech was severely slurred and he was barely able to remain standing without supporting himself on a vehicle. He told officers that he was the driver of the striking vehicle and was on his way home from a bar in Philadelphia. He wasn't given field sobriety tests given the severity of the accident, but he registered .31 percent on a breath test. He consented to a blood draw, but he was too intoxicated to be processed.

While on patrol, an officer observed a gray vehicle stopped in the northbound lane of Bridgetown Pike near School Lane. As the officer approached the vehicle and put his spotlight on the car, the gray vehicle accelerated on northbound Bridgetown Pike. The officer activated his emergency warning devices, but the vehicle continued on Bridgetown Pike and crossed over the double yellow lines just north of Henry Avenue. The gray sedan eventually turned into a parking lot and came to a stop. The officer made contact with the driver, Ernest Antonelli, 43 of Holland, who had the odor of alcohol coming from his person. When asked to exit his vehicle to perform field sobriety tests, Antonelli staggered in front of the vehicle. He failed two sobriety tests and officers terminated the tests because they felt he was too intoxicated. He registered .33 on a breath test. He consented to a blood draw. He will be charged with DUI and related traffic offenses.

Police made contact with Frank Monastero, 18 of Bensalem, who stated he was driving his Dodge Durango, when he believes he swerved and hit a pole because a deer ran out into the road. He stated that the air bags deployed and the car stopped running. While speaking with him, officers detected the odor of alcohol coming from him. He was given a breath test and reigstered .03 percent. He will be cited for underage drinking through the mail.
