Two Arrested Following Fight at Cold Stone Creamery

Two males are charged with simple assault, resisting arrest, harassment, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness following the brawl.

Two people have been arrested following a fight Thursday at a Cold Stone Creamery in Feasterville, Lower Southampton Police said.

Justin Lacovara, 23, of Dukes Way in Feasterville, and and a 17-year-old boy were arrested, police said, after a fight broke out at Cold Stone Creamery, 210 E. Street Road, Feasterville, Thursday night.

Lacovara was charged with simple assault, resisting arrest, harassment, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness. Lacovara was arraigned by Magisterial District Judge Daniel Baranoski and sent to Bucks County Prison in lieu of $30,000 bail.

The juvenile was harged with simple assault, resisting arrest, harassment, disorderly conduct, public drunkenness and underage drinking. He was released to a parent and will be petitioned to Juvenile Court.
