Troopers Respond to Multiple Incidents

Charges included DUI, theft and public drunkenness.

The following information was provided by state police at the Trevose station. It does not imply conviction.

Between July 26 and Aug. 2,  responded to the following incidents:

On July 26 at 12:34 a.m., state police stopped a vehicle driven by Patrick J. Zimmerman, 20, of Philadelphia, on I-95 northbound near Exit 35 for traffic and equipment violations. Zimmerman was found to be intoxicated. He was given a blood test, processed and released. He faces DUI charges in district court. Trooper Matthew Lopresto investigated the incident.

On July 26 at 1:40 a.m., responded to Bellevue Avenue, Hulmeville, for a reported theft of cab fare. Dion D. Andracchio, 40, was arrested for theft of services, theft by deception and public drunkenness. Trooper Robert Richter investigated the incident.

On July 26 at 2:32 a.m., state police responded to the 900 block of Bellevue Avenue, Hulmeville, for a reported assault. The victim reported that he was taking out his trash when someone struck him in the head rendering him unconscious. When he woke, his wallet and cell phone were missing. Trooper Robert Richter investigated the incident.

On July 27 at 4 p.m., state police responded to I-95 northbound at Exit 44 where they observed Gary M. Klein, 25, of Middletown, staggering in the right shoulder. He was issued a citation for public drunkenness. Trooper J. Irwin investigated the incident.

On July 28 at 11:29 p.m., state police responded to the scene of an accident at Maple and Bellevue avenues, Langhorne. Police said Anthony C. Portillo, 29, of Bristol, was impaired and driving under suspension. He refused a blood test and was processed and released. He faces DUI charges. Trooper John McIlhinney investigated the incident.

On July 29 at 2:25 a.m., state police stopped a vehicle driven by Danielle M. Gale, 44, of Philadelphia, on I-95 southbound at milepost 34.8 for speeding and erratic driving. Gale was found to be intoxicated. She was given a blood test, processed and released. She faces DUI charges. Trooper Thomas Geerlof investigated the incident.

On July 30 at 1:56 a.m., state police stopped a vehicle driven by Jane Duong, 22, of Yardley, on I-95 northbound at milepost 34.8 for a traffic violation. Duong was found to be intoxicated. She was given a blood test, processed and released. She faces DUI charges. Trooper Steven Moyer investigated the incident.

On Aug. 1, state police responded to the 100 block of Bellevue Avenue, Langhorne, for a reported theft from a motor vehicle. The victim, a 66-year-old male, said someone stole a digital camera and four deposit box keys from the center console of his unlocked vehicle. The total loss was about $100. Anyone with information is asked to contact state police at 215-942-3900. Trooper Oliverio investigated the incident.

On Aug. 2 at 12:45 a.m., state police stopped a vehicle driven by Courtney H. Carroll, 49, of Bristol, on I-95 northbound at milepost 34.8 for speeding. Carroll was found to be intoxicated. She was given a blood test, processed and released. She faces DUI charges. Trooper John McIlhinney investigated the incident.
