Troopers Report DUI, Fraud, Counterfeit Cash

The following arrest information was provided by State Police from the Trevose station. It does not imply conviction.

Between July 18-19, reported the following incidents:

State police are investigating a reported forgery that took place at the PennDOT drivers license center in Bensalem. Police said Martha A. Pena, of Bristol, obtained two Pennsylvania licenses using fraudulent identity. The incident was investigated by Trooper Christopher Nacios.

On July 18 at 9:52 a.m., state police stopped a vehicle driven by Daniel Steskal, 35, of Holland, on I-95 at milepost 32.2 for speeding. He was found to be intoxicated and in possession of suspected marijuana and drug paraphernalia. He was arrested and given a blood test. Trooper Matthew Lopresto investigated the incident.

On July 19 at 12:45 a.m., state police responded to  for a reported fraud/forgery. Police said a 57-year-old female from Philadelphia attempted to cash a counterfeit $10 bill. The bill was confiscated and forwarded to the U.S. Secret Service. Trooper Steven Moyer investigated the incident.

On July 19 between 3:30 and 4:25 p.m., a 33-year-old male had an amount of cash fall from his rear short’s pocket while he played video roulette. Another patron took the victim’s wallet from the gaming room floor, entered a restroom and immediately left the casino. Trooper R. Keeys investigated the incident.
