Troopers Report DUI, Criminal Mischief

On Tuesday, Aug. 16, troopers responded to the 900 block of Bellevue Avenue in Hulmeville for a reported act of criminal mischief. Police said the victim reported that someone smashed the rear window of her vehicle while it was parked outside her residence overnight. Nothing was taken. Anyone with information is asked to contact the investigating officer, Trooper Carrie Gula, at 215-942-3900.
On Thursday, Aug. 18 at 2:10 a.m., state police stopped a vehicle on I-95 northbound at milepost 34.8 for speeding. The driver, Scott Winter, 47, of Trevose, was found to be intoxicated. He was given a blood test, processed and released. He faces DUI charges in district court. Trooper Oliverio investigated the incident.
