State Police Make Two DUI Arrests

Trevose troopers arrested two individuals on I-95 for DUI and related charges.

On Nov. 16, state police made the following arrests:

At 4:01 a.m., state police stopped a vehicle on Route 1 southbound at Highland Avenue in Middletown Township. The driver, a 20-year-old Aberdeen, NJ man, was found to be intoxicated. He faces DUI and underage drinking charges. Two passengers, both 20-year-old males, were also charged with underage drinking.

At 2 a.m., state police stopped a vehicle for speeding on I-95 northbound at milepost 34.8 in Bensalem. The driver, a 44-year-old Philadelphia man, was found to be impaired. Police also found a marijuana joint in the ashtray. He faces DUI and related charges.
