State Police Investigate Road Rage Incident

Police said a 19-year-old New Jersey man threatened another driver with an Airsoft gun.

The following arrest information was provided by the Bensalem Township Police Department. It does not imply conviction.

On Aug. 21 at 4:30 p.m., responded to a road rage incident on I-95 southbound at milepost 49.7 in Lower Makefield.

Police said Greg S. Seelagy, 19, of Princeton, NJ, pointed a handgun at another driver then drove south to exit 49, exiting the highway.

Further investigation revealed that Seelagy was in the Lower Southampton area so local police were notified. Seelagy’s vehicle was stopped by and he was turned over to state police.

Investigation revealed that Seelagy had an Airsoft handgun, which was recovered in a trash can at the Barnes and Noble in Falls Township.

Seelagy was charged with simple assault, terroristic threats and disorderly conduct.
