State Police Investigate Extension Cord Theft, Counterfeit Cash

Trevose troopers are investigating a theft reported in Penndel and a counterfeit $100 bill at Parx Casino.

The following information was provided by the Pennsylvania State Police Trevose station and gaming control troopers stationed at Parx Casino. State police are investigating a burglary/theft that occurred in the 400 block of Cynthia Avenue, Penndel. According to the victim, between Oct. 17-24 somebody removed a pad lock from his storage shed and stole four electric extension cords. Anyone with information is asked to contact state police at 215-942-3900 and reference M03-1433217.

On Oct. 23 at approximately 6:20 p.m., a suspected counterfeit $100 bill was discovered from an attempted exchange by a 38-year-old Jersey City man at the poker room cashier at Parx Casino.
