State Police Investigate DUI Crash

A two-vehicle crash occurred on I-95 in Bensalem and one driver was charged with DUI.

On Sept. 26 at 10:27 p.m., Trevose troopers responded to a two-vehicle crash on I-95 northbound at milepost 35 in Bensalem.

Police said a vehicle driven by a 45-year-old Langhorne man attempted to pass another vehicle driven by a 37-year-old Levittown man. The Langhorne man’s vehicle struck the other vehicle, causing it to lose control and come to rest in the center median.

The Langhorne man continued north for about a half mile until it became disabled in the right shoulder. He was found to be intoxicated and faces DUI charges.
