The complainant reported that someone damaged her siding and knocked over a planter sometime after July 4.

The complainant stated that while he was in , the left rear side of his parked 2008 Volvo became scratched and scuffed.

Public Drunkenness
1500 block of Forrest Ave, Trevose

The complainant reported that his father, Charles Kirk, 58 of Philadelphia, was highly intoxicated. He also stated that his father had not lived in the residence for five years. Kirk registered .27 percent on a breath test and was cited for public drunkenness.

DUI
E. Bristol Rd, Oakford
Wednesday, July 11, 2012
At about 1 a.m., an officer on patrol observed a black Ford pickup truck traveling on Bridgetown Pike at 25 mph -- the posted speed limit there is 35 mph. The officer followed the truck, which continued to travel at 25 mph. The driver did hit 35 mph, but quickly applied the brakes. The vehicle was also swerving at this point. The officer pulled the truck over and made contact with the driver, Nicholas Ortiz-Escalona, 36 of Bensalem. The officer ran his name and information and found that he had a suspended license. Escalona was asked to perform field sobriety tests, which he failed. He also registered .18 percent on a breath test. He was placed under arrest and refused a blood draw. He will be charged via summons for DUI, driving under suspension and investigation by police.

The complainant reported that Philadelphia Police advised him that they recovered his GPS, but he wasn't aware that it had been stolen.

Fraud
400 block of Lakeview Ct, Langhorne

The complainant told police that he was selling his fridge on Craigslist when he got a response from someone named Tom Jones. Jones sent him two $850 money orders that he was to cash and then send part of the cash via Western Union to an address in California.
