Police Make 2 DUI Arrests Tuesday

Burglary
1400 block of S. Center Rd, Feasterville

The complainant wanted to report a forced burglary from the end of April or beginning of May at his mother's residence. The actor pried the front door and took hand tools and two rolls of wire. The estimated cost of stolen items and damage to the front door is about $1,540.

Attempted Theft
2600 block of W. Maple Ave, Langhorne

The owner of reported that he went to his business that night and found a lock missing off a trailer. The trailer was parked in front of the business and the owner believed it happened sometime over the weekend. He didn't notice anything missing from the trailer and the lock was found under a second trailer parked in front of the business. It appeared as though someone used a saw to cut through the metal on the door and then ripped the lock off.

The complainant reported that she received two notices in the mail from World Financial Capital Bank dated July 31, 2012 that two of her accounts had been suspended pending investigation of irregular transactions. They also notified her of a Mandee's credit card that had been opened in her name, which she said was fraudulent.

1900 block of Bridgetown Pk, Feasterville

Police were dispatched at about 2:24 a.m. for the report of a gray sedan all over the roadway. At 2:25 a.m., Bucks County radio received an update that a gray sedan crashed into a telephone pole on the 1900 block of Bridgetown Pike. Officers made contact with a male standing on the front lawn who reported to the be the driver. He was identified as Michael Kwiatkowski, 24 of Chalfont. He said he wasn't hurt and didn't need medical attention, but he was bleeding from both of his arms. He also had red, bloodshot eyes and a strong odor of alcohol could be smelled coming from his person and breath. He initially said that he hadn't been drinking, but then later told officers that he had one drink. Kwiatkowski said he fell asleep behind the wheel, which is why he crashed. Due to his injuries, Kwiatkowski was not given any field sobriety tests, but he registered .19 on a breath test. He was also driving on a suspended license. While at the hospital receiving treatment, Kwiatkowski consented to a blood draw. He will be charged with DUI, careless driving and driving under suspension via summons.

DUI
Bustleton Pk, Feasterville

While on patrol in the area of Street Road and Bustleton Pike, an officer came upon a gray Chevy Tahoe stopped with the brake lights on for a steady green light at the intersection. As the officer approached, he observed the male driver passed out behind the wheel. The vehicle was still in drive, but the officer was able to reach through the window and but the vehicle in park. The officer woke up the driver, identified as Max Wang, 33 of Newtown. There was a strong odor of alcohol coming from him. The officer asked Wang if he knew where he was and he responded Princeton, NJ. Wang could not find his driver's license and handed the officer a few cards and a fake credit card instead. When Wang was asked to step out of the vehicle to perform field sobriety tests, he stumbled out. He was arrested and will be charged for DUI via summons.
