Police Investigate Domestic Assault

On Oct. 8 around 3:47 p.m., police were dispatched to a residence on the 400 block of Larchwood Avenue for the report of a domestic incident.

Upon arrival, officers made contact with the victim and her son outside of the residence. She was seated in the driver's seat of her vehicle with a fat lip and dry blood on the steering wheel.

She stated that her son called her and stated that his aunt would not let him in the house. She left work to go home because she said her son was outside in the cold without shoes or a jacket.

The victim went into the house to get her son's belongings and when she went outside, the offender chased her, attacked her and started to slam her face on the front of the car about three or four times.

Based on the statements given to police, the offender was arrested for domestic violence. She was arraigned and sent to Bucks County Prison in lieu of $1,000 bail.
