Police Investigate Access Device Fraud

Can you identify the subject pictured who conducted some of the transactions?

The is investigating the access device fraud of a Lower Southampton resident.

According to information from the police department, the victim’s credit cards were used to make purchases at multiple Target in Sewell and Deptford, New Jersey and in the Bridesburg section of Philadelphia;, a Wal-Mart on Roosevelt Boulevard in Philadelphia; and a Macys next to the Wal-Mart on March 14 and 15.

The victim, according to police, was a patient of Hahnemann University Hospital at the time. The victim was admitted March 13 for a heart procedure and released March 16.

The victim stated his cards were in his wallet when he left the hospital.  It is unknown at this time if the cards were stolen and replaced, or duplicated.

The subject who conducted some of the transactions is pictured above.
