At about 11:49 a.m., an officer was patrolling in the area of 3rd Street and Avenue C and a suspicious person was observed sitting in the driver's seat of a green pickup truck parked in front of a home on the 1400 block of Ave C. The vehicle was parked partially on the lawn and the driver was concentrating very hard on the house. As the officer exited his vehicle, the subject immediately exited his truck. He had a clip board and Z-Tree service pamphlets and said he had an appointment at the house. He did not know the name of the homeowner and said that the appointment was at 4:30 p.m. The subject seemed extremely nervous and he was pacing around his vehicle. When the officer ran his information, he discovered that the subject had multiple active warrants out of Bucks and Montgomer counties and he was detained. The subjects boss arrived on the scene and confirmed that he worked for him. Prior to taking the subject to be livescanned, his vehicle was inventoried and officers found green, leafy vegetable matter and a smoking device. He will be charged with possession of marijuana pending results of the crime lab.
