Police Blotter Sept. 9 - Sept. 12

Public Drunkenness
1200 block of Bustleton Pike, Feasterville
Friday, Sept. 9, 2011
Police were called to the on a report of a disorderly and intoxicated female that employees were trying to prevent from driving at about 12:55 a.m. Officer Sean Dougherty made contact with Patricia O'Neill, 74 of Warrington, sitting in her vehicle and appearing to be highly intoxicated. An employee reported O'Neill refused to get into a cab with her friends. She became belligerent with police and at one point walked away into the Buck Hotel and tried to hold the doors closed to prevent police from opening them. O'Neill's daugher was called to pick her up. She will be cited for public drunkenness and disorderly conduct.

Theft
1200 block of Clayton Avenue, Oakford
Friday, Sept. 9, 2011
The complainant reported that sometime between Sept.4 and Friday someone took a chrome-colored bicycle from the front of her house.

Criminal Mischief
700 block of Orchard Road, Feasterville
Saturday, Sept. 10, 2011
The complainant and property owner reported that her mailbox was smashed for the third time in three to four weeks.

Theft
1900 block of Bridgetown Pike, Feasterville
Saturday, Sept. 10, 2011
Kopper Kettle owner reported mischief to the business's cooler. A repairman discovered that an exterior four foot piece of copper tubing had been cut on the cooling motor overnight.

Liquor Law - Underage
Street Road, Feasterville
Saturday, Sept. 10, 2011
Police observed a car turn right on red where prohibited by sign. While speaking to the 16-year-old driver, Sgt. Michael Pennington could smell alcohol coming from the car. All occupants were given a breath test. The driver blew a .01 percent. She will be cited for underage drinking.

Theft
Unit block of Bustleton Pike, Feasterville
Sunday, Sept. 11, 2011
The victims reported that they held their wedding reception at Sept. 10. They determined that about 31 cards left for them at the cocktail hour were missing. Only two of the cards contained checks, the rest contained cash. The estimated loss is about $4,000.

Burglary
300 block of Hampton Drive, Feasterville
Sunday, Sept. 11, 2011
The complainant reported that he discovered items missing from his home after returning home from a vacation. He noticed his work laptop, two iPod shuffles, and another laptop were missing. As far as the complainant knew, all of the doors were locked and the only other people with keys to the home were in New York with them.

Fraud
300 block of E. Street Road, Feasterville
Monday, Sept. 12, 2011
In December 2007, the complainant was contacted by Capital One regarding late payments on a credit card, however he advised Capital One that he did not have an account and the account was terminated at that point. In October 2010, he ran a credit check on himself and found that the Capital One account was still active and showing late payments. The address on the account was in Philadelphia. He contacted the company used to obtain the credit report to inquire about the address, discussed the discrepancy and believed that the the matter was settled. Two weeks ago, he received a hearing notice for civil court in which the plaintiff is Capital One. He also received a letter from a collection agency for Capital One for the amount of $1,748.93.
