The victim reported that she left her 2004 Mercury Grand Marquis unlocked Thursday and woke up Friday morning to find her wallet was taken from her car. The wallet contained more than 10 credit cards, bank cards and store cards.

1600 block of 2nd Street, Feasterville

Officer Remo Dilello responded to a complaint of a loose pit bull running through the neighborhood. Upon arrival at the complainant's residence the dog could be seen walking behind his fence. While speaking to the complainant, the dog's owner, Nicole Williams, walked over to retrieve the dog. Williams will be cited by mail for dogs at large.

DUI
Buck Road, Feasterville

Just after midnight, Officer Christopher Koehnlein observed a black Scion northbound on Bridgetown Pike, near the , going around the corner from Bustleton Pike at a high rate of speed. The vehicle was tailgating an SUV and swerving back and forth trying to pass the SUV in a no passing zone. Koehnlein then performed a traffic stop and detected a strong odor of alcohol coming from the driver, Jampa Tsering, 21 of Newtown. He advised Koehnlein that he had not been drinking. Tsering failed four field sobriety tests and registed a .13 percent on a breath test. He agreed to give both a blood and urine samples. While performing a vehicle inventory, a Skoal tin with a green leafy material believed to be marijuana and a blue and red glass pipe with red straw were found. Tsering will be charged with DUI, alcohol and drugs, and possession of a controlled substance and paraphernalia.

Criminal Mischief
500 block of Newport Circle, Langhorne

Police responded to the area of Foxhollow Drive and Sweetwater Drive at about 4 a.m. for the report of a small, dark vehicle running over mailboxes and trash cans. A complainant reported that the two subjects took off on foot when they saw the police car. Officer Zaffino pursued them over a fence and through a backyard. Zaffino cuffed the subject, Matthew Smith, 22 of Levittown, who admitted owning and driving a green Saturn. He said that he and his friend starting hitting trash cans with the car. They turned onto Newport Circle and someone yelled at them and threw a bottle at his car, breaking his windshield. Smith will be charged with abandonment of vehicle, damage to real property by operation of a motor vehicle, disorderly conduct, public drunkenness and criminal mischief. The passenger, David Dobitsch, 21 of Langhorne, will be charged with disorderly conduct, public drunkenness and criminal mischief.

A complainant reported that over Friday and Saturday there had been about $30 worth of charges on his account that were not made by him. He stated that there were two phone cards and a few other $1 purchases.

False Police Report
100 block of Buck Road, Feasterville

Officer William Schmid was clocking traffic at Buck Road at when he clocked a copper colored Honda at over 40 mph in a 25 mph zone. The windshield of the vehicle was completely smashed and the left tail light didn't work. Schmid pulled out and activated his emergency lights. It appeared that the driver was trying to elude Schmid. When the vehicle finally stopped, the driver told Schmid that he did not have a drivers license because he was only 15 years old. The passenger stated that he left his wallet at home and wrote down information for Schmid. After running the information, Schmid found that the passanger had a valid license. The passanger stated that he was on parole out of New York for robbery, burglary and gun offense charges. He gave Schmid verbal consent to search the vehicle, which he said he owned. While searching the vehicle, Schmid found a "roach" in the center console and a wallet under the front passenger seat containing the license under the name and information the passanger had given to Schmid as his own. However, it was not the same person. The passanger, Rahman Halimi, 21 of Philadelphia, said that he used his brother's information because he didn't want to go back to prison for parole violation; he also stated that he had a suspended license. Halimi will receive summons for false reports and other related charges. The driver was cited at the scene for speeding, drivers required to be licensed, disorderly conduct. The vehicle owner will be cited for permitting the violation.
