Burglary
800 block of Manor Lane, Feasterville
Thursday, September 1, 2011
Police responded to a residence on a report of a burglary that occured sometime between 1:30 p.m. and 3 p.m. The complainant stated that when he came home from work, the garage door was open as well as a bathroom window, which the complainant had closed. The screen on the bathroom window was pushed up; the complainant stated that it is always closed. He reported that nothing was missing from the home.

Liquor Laws -- Underage
200 block of Andrews Road, Trevose

While on patrol at about 2:34 a.m., Officer Joseph Zaffino observed a male running toward the back of Andrews Road along the buildings. He ordered the male to stop and he complied. He stated that he was running because he is under 18 and realized he was violating curfew. He was taken back to headquarters where a relative picked him up. Officer Jeffery Wilson responded to assist Zaffino. Wilson observed two females running westbound on Andrews Road and stopped them. It was later determined that they had been with the male that Zaffino stopped. Both females were placed into the back of Wilson's vehicle to transport them to Zaffino's location. While they were in the vehicle, Wilson detected the odor of alcohol coming from the girls. They both admitted to drinking earlier. One female registered a .07 percent and the other registered a .08 percent on a breath test. Both will be cited via mail and warned of the curfew law.
