Wednesday, Oct. 26, 2011
Officer William Schmid conducted a pedestrian stop on Jesse Logue, 20 of Langhorne, at about 9:18 a.m. who appeared to be under the age of 18. Schmid wanted make sure that Logue was not in violation of a township daytime curfew ordinance. Logue also appeared to be under the influence of a controlled substance. Schmid ran his information, which showed he had active warrants in Philadelphia. He was taken into custody without incident. He was found to be carrying three needles in his jacket used for the sole purpose of shooting heroin. District Judge Waltman arraigned Logue and was sent to Bucks County Prison in lieu of $10,000 bail. Philadelphia Warrant Unit would log detainers against him and pick him up at BCP.

Fraud

Wednesday, Oct. 26, 2011
The complainant reported that someone accessed her credit card information and used that information to make $156.85 worth of purchases that were all on Oct. 22. Three transactions were at a Sunoco and one from a Redbox.
