Attempted Burglary
1100 block of Renee Cr, Feasterville
Friday, Nov. 4, 2011
The complainant reported that at about 9:38 a.m. she saw the shadow of a man at the back door of her home. She ran out of her house to her neighbor's house next door. While knocking on her neighbor's door, the complainant saw the subject get into his vehicle that was parked at the end of her driveway. She described the subject as six feet tall, wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt. The subject used a wooden stool from the rear porch to smash the window to the door.

Theft
100 block of Bustleton Pk, Feasterville

A Colonial Nissian employee reported the theft of wheels from 4 Village, a home located behind Colonial Nissan, and use the garage as storage for wheels, tires and other items. The estimated total of the missing wheels is $8,800.

Criminal Mischief
200 block of Dolton Rd, Feasterville

The complainant reported that the sidewall of a rear tire had been slashed.

DUI
600 block of Bustleton Pk, Feasterville

Officers responded to a two-vehicle crash and it was reported that one of the drivers was acting unusual. Based on the behavior of Katherine Garcia, 60 of Langhorne, police determined that she was either mentally handicapped or under the influence of an unknown substance. She refused to take a breath test and perform field sobriety tests. She was placed under arrest and transported to St. Mary Medical Center for a blood test, but she refused a blood test once there. She will be charged with DUI via summons.

DUI
Bustleton Pk, Feasterville

While on patrol, an officer observed a driver make a right turn without a signal, talking on the phone and saw the vehicle move side to side within its lane. The officer pulled the driver, Lance Tilburn, 50 of Philadelphia, and had to ask him to hang up the phone. Tilburn told the officer that his license was suspended and that he was on the way to . His eyes were glassy, the smell of alcohol was emanating from him and he staggered after exiting his vehicle. He admitted to consuming alcohol. He failed three of four field sobriety tests and registered .16 percent on a breath test. He will be charged via summons for DUI and traffic violations.

DUI
Heights Ln, Feasterville

An officer observed a vehicle driving on Heights Lane with what appeared to be a flat tire at about 3:10 a.m. He pulled the vehicle over. Upon making contact with the driver Bonnie Hager, 21 of Feasterville, the officer detected the moderate odor of alcohol coming from the vehicle. She failed field sobriety tests and registered .14 percent on a breath test. She was arrested and transported to St. Mary Medical Center for a blood test. DUI charges will be filed upon receiving lab results.

Theft

The complainant reported that two of his Chevy hubcaps were taken sometime overnight.

Forced Entry Burglary
Unit block of Bustleton Pk, Feasterville
Saturday, Nov. 5, 2011
Police received a report of a burglary in process at AT&T. The male subject was fleeing from police on foot and ignored commands to stop. Officers were able to catch the subject. The defendant, Anton Shafiro, 21 of Philadelphia, was positively identified by the witness as the subject breaking in the AT&T store. The store owner reported that nothing had been taken from the store. Shafiro told police that he had been in the store earlier in the day and attempted to steal phones before being kicked out. He admitted that that he returned and attempted to break into the store via the side window and door before police arrived. He also admitted to several previous cell phone thefts at the Feasterville . He was processed, arraigned and sent to Bucks County Prison in lieu of $50,000 bail.

The complainant reported that his vehicle had been scratched possibily with a key on November 4.
