Armed Robbery

 store owner was behind the counter writing things down at about 6:16 p.m. when he heard the front door open. When he looked up the actor was standing next to him behind the counter and pulled out a large, black serated from a bag. The actor asked him where the narcotics were. The actor, who was wearing gloves, took several bottles of narcotics, including Oxycotin and Percocet. The actor ran out the back door in an unknown direction. He is described as a white male, about 5' 10" and was wearing a dark hoodie sweatshirt and a dark blue ski mask. The estimated value of the robbery is $5,440.

Theft
Morgan St, Feasterville
Wednesday, Nov. 2, 2011
A County Builders employee reported that someone has entered three homes, which are finished or near finished and will be going into settlement, and stolen toilet parts to the top tank and the mechanical parts to one of the hot water heaters. In addition, he reported a sump pump was stolen and replaced with an old one. He reported that the homes are always locked and he is the only one with a key.
