Weapons Possession
200 block of Sterner Mill Rd, Feasterville
Tuesday, Nov. 15, 2011
Officer Wilson was patrolling Sterner Mill Road, which leads to Fizzano Bros, at about 4:48 a.m. when he observed a truck traveling on that road. He stopped the vehicle and made contact with the driver, Michael Salomon, 39 of Bristol. When asked if he had any weapons, Salomon said that he had a pistol in the center console with a valid permit. During a pat down, a pocket knife was retrieved from Salomon's pocket in addition to a loaded handgun from the center console. His license to carry firearms was expired. He was taken into custody for possessing/concealing a firearm without a valid permit and possessing a prohibited offensive video. He also admitted to three prior thefts at Fizzano Bros. He was arraigned, bail was set at $50,000 and was turned over to the constables.

500 block of Andrews Rd, Trevose

The complainant reported four unauthorized transactions on her Bank of Amerca debit card.

Public Drunkenness
300 block of Bustleton Pk, Feasterville
Tuesday, Nov. 15, 2011
A employee reported to police a customer in the store possibly under the influence of drugs and was concerned he would leave in a vehicle. Police made contact with the suspect, who was clearly under the influence of prescription medication. He was transported back to his residence. He will be cited via mail for public drunkenness and similar misconduct.
