100 block of W. Street Rd, Feasterville
Tuesday, May 8, 2012
Sometime on Saturday or Sunday night, an unknown actor stole the complainant's "For Sale" sign.

DUI
900 block of Manor Ln, Langhorne

Police were dispatched for the report of a motor vehicle accident, with one vehicle into a parked vehicle, at about 12:18 a.m. The complainant reported that the driver limped off and went around the corner. Police made contact with Jose Guzman, 31 of Langhorne, who was laying in the bushes next to a mailbox on the 2400 block of Acorn Road. He exhibited signs of intoxication and had injuries consistent with the airbag deployment in the striking vehicle. He initially denied driving the vehicle, but two witnesses identified Guzman as the driver and he had white airbag powder on his right upper arm. He failed field sobriety tests, including registering .24 percent on a breath test. Guzman was arrested and consented to a blood draw. It was learned that his driving privilieges were suspended as a result of a previous DUI and that his license had expired in 2007. Guzman will be charged with DUI, driving under suspension DUI related, driving without a license, accidents involving death or personal injury, accidents involving death or personal injury while not properly licensed, duty to give information and render aid, accidents involving damage to unattended vehicle or property, driving on the right side of the roadway, careless driving, public drunkenness and similar misconduct.

The complainant reported that she stepped out onto her balcony in the when she observed the interior light of her vehicle was on and a male was in the front seat. She watched him exit her vehicle and try the door handles of two other vehicles in the parking lot. While items had been removed from her center console, nothing was taken from the complainant's vehicle.

The complainant reported that her dog began barking out of the front window. When she looked outside, she saw the interior light was on in her vehicle parked in her driveway. She found that her GPS was missing from her vehicle. The vehicle had been left unlocked.

Disorderly Conduct
Unit block of Dolton Rd, Feasterville

A complainant reported that a male was walking up Dolton Road toward Philmont Road yelling obscenities at about 3:06 p.m. The male, David Sykes, 20 of Feasterville, had just been released after being stopped by an officer who was checking the area for actors invovled in a theft from a vehicle. He will be cited with disorderly conduct.

The complainant's GPS that was left on the front seat of his girlfriend's unlocked vehicle was stolen. This vehicle was one of many left unlocked in his driveway.

The complainant reported that about a month ago, she filled out a survey to win a cruise and the cruise company "Caribbean Cruise" called to tell her that she won the trip, but would have to pay $180 up front to claim the prize. She said she knew this was a scam and wanted police to be aware of it.

The complainant told police that she had a PFA against her husband John Furdak, 43 of Trevose, and that he was outside of her home yelling profanities at her. She said that he arrived early to pick up their daughter and when she advised him of this he yelled profanities at her. Their daughter was not turned over to him and he will be charged with disorderly conduct.

The victim reported parking her vehicle in her driveway the night before after rerturning from work and discovered that it was missing the next morning.

Public Drunkenness
1700 block of Brownsville Rd, Trevose
Thursday, May 10, 2012
The complainant reported a male passed out on a bench in front of . Police made contact with Raymond Connor, 49 of Trevose, who was passed out on the bench and was clearly intoxicated. Officers woke him up and took him home. He registered .18 percent on a breath test. Connor will be mailed a citation for public drunkenness.
