Disorderly Conduct
400 block of Heights Ln, Feasterville
Tuesday, May 1, 2012
The complainant reported that his brother-in-law hit him and the two got in a fight in the front yard. The witness, who is the wife of the offender, reported that Keith Goodman, 38 of Feasterville, was getting out of hand and was asked to leave. He took a swing at the complainant and started the fight. Goodman will be cited with disorderly conduct.

Theft
100 block of E. Street Rd, Feasterville

The complainant stated that he and his wife went to between 6:30 p.m. and 8 p.m. He reported that he sits while his wife walks around and shops. He said that she left her purse in the shopping cart while shopping and when she went to pay, she discovered that her wallet was not in her purse. When they got home, he could not find her wallet. The wallet contained $500 cash, his wife's driver's license, three credit cards, which he cancelled, and two gift cards.

Traffic Offenses
Bustleton Pk, Feasterville
Wednesday, May 2, 2012
At about 12:05 a.m. an officer in an unmarked police unit was southbound on Bustleton Pike near Park Avenue when he observed a light colored SUV drive past him northbound on Bustleton without its lights on at a speed of rate higher than the marked speed limit. After the officer activated his emergency lights and siren, the SUV went through a red light and proceeded north onto Bridgetown Pike. The SUV continued into Langhorne Borough, turned onto the on-ramp for northbound Route 1 and continued North. The officer at that time terminated the pursuit. A Lower Makefield Police Department officer also pursued the SUV onto northbound I-95 and across the Scudders Falls Bridge into New Jersey. The registration came back to Michael Zaun, 30 of Delanco, NJ.  Zaun was stopped by police in New Jersey and was taken into custody. Bucks County radio advised that shots were fired when Zaun was arrested. ADA Abigail Fillman approved extradition to adjacent states. Zaun was charged with fleeing/eluding police, recklessly endangering another person and related traffic offenses and Lower Southampton Police will be obtaining a warrant for his arrest.
