The victim reported a series of unauthorized transactions were made with his Bank of America checking account totalling approximately $30,024.60.

Theft
1600 block of Brownsville Rd, Feasterville

The owners of Do or Dye Hair Salon reported that they noticed there was missing cash taken out of the desk Wednesday night. They stated that there was an envelope with cash and checks inside  and $542 was taken, but not all of the money was taken.

Theft
Unit block of Somers Ave, Feasterville

The complainant stated that he went out to his shed to have a cigar, but when he opened the door he noticed the front door had already been opened and he found his cabinent open. The only think missing from the cabinent was some loose change that was inside a cigar box.

Public Drunkenness
100 block of Bustleton Pk, Feasterville

Police met with Mink Restaurant and Bar security who reported that Taras Stefaniv, 20 of Philadelphia, was ejected from the bar because of his intoxication and bumping into patrons. He was cited for public drunkenness. Police will further investigate how he was in the bar drinking alcohol and without ID.

Narcotics Possession
1500 block of N. Center Rd, Feasterville

Police received a report of two subjects possibly breaking into a Comcast van at about 2:11 a.m. Upon arrival, police saw a male holding a flashlight and standing between a dark Toyota 4Runner and a house on the 1600 block of Center Rd. Officers made contact with Robert Reinhart, 32 of Trevose, and found a handgun inside a black leather holster. The disarmed and handcuffed him. They couldn't locate a second subject. Police looked into the 4Runner and saw a AK47 assault rifle on the front seat with a magazine loaded. Reinhart stated that the rifle was his and that he had a permit to carry it. Police detected the smell of alcohol coming from Reinhart and stated that he appeared confused. An open can of beer was found in the center console of his car and he told officers he wanted to speak to a lawyer. While at the police station, police discovered a small glass bottle containing a wet black vegetable matter in Reinhart's shirt pocket. Bucks County ADA advised officers to seize the firearms. Reinhart is being charged with DUI, loitering and prowling at night, drug possession pending lab results, public drunkenness, and carrying loaded weapons other than firearms.

A employee reported that she parked her 2005 Mazda Tribute in the parking lot at about 4 p.m. March 9. She came out of work at 3:30 a.m. March 10 and discovered that an unknown actor broke out the driver side window, but nothing appeared to be missing from the vehicle.

A employee reported that on Thursday between 8 p.m. and 9:30 p.m., someone smashed out his car window while he was at work. Nothing was taken from his car.

Attempted Retail Theft
1000 block of Bustleton Pk, Feasterville

At about 1:34 p.m. a employee reported that a manager was outside of the store with a retail theft suspect. The actor took off on foot toward  Police observed an actor fitting the general description by First Wok on Street Road. The store manager stated that he confronted the subject in the Giant parking lot who admitted that he had no intent on paying for the merchandise. The actor dropped the merchandise and fled on foot.

Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle
2400 block of Brownsville Rd, Trevose

The victim reported that her son, Derek Ploucher, 24, is known to abuse drugs and has stolen from family members. As a result, she said that she keeps her purse, pain medication, and valuable items locked inside of her 2009 Kia Sportage, which is parked in the driveway. She stated she keeps the keys to the vehicle under her pillow. At about 11 p.m., the victim reported feeling movement under her pillow, but thought it was her cat. She heard a noise outside and got up to see what it was. She saw her son back out of the driveway in her vehicle and flee South on Brownsville Road at a high rate of speed. She said that he is not authorized to use her vehicle, is not insured and currently has a suspended license. She requested to press charges, but his location was unknown and that he doesn't have a cell phone. At about 1:05 a.m., the victim told police that Ploucher had returned the car. Ploucher was taken into custody. At the station, police found two capped syringes that may contain heroin residue and 14 yellow tablets suspected to be Vicodin in a bag Ploucher was carrying. He was charged with unauthorized use of motor vehicles, drug possession, and driving with a suspended license.
