Police were dispatched at about 5:30 p.m. to the area near for a report of a female parked in the middle of the intersection and dancing in the roadway blocking traffic. Police observed a vehicle parked in the southbound lane of Bustleton Pike blocking traffic. There was a female standing outside of the passenger side of the vehicle and she quickly walked around the rear of the vehicle and entered through the driver's side. Officers conducted a traffic stop and the female, Karina Kraus, 32 of Philadelphia, pulled the vehicle into the parking lot. She stated that she came the Giant and drove south on Bustleton Pike when a plant sitting on the passenger seat fell over. Kraus stated that she loved that plant and that it's been with her for a long time, so she pulled over and got out of the car to adjust the plant. At that time, Kraus stated that she decided to start dancing in the middle of the street because she enjoys dancing and was listening to her Ipod. She will be cited via mail for disorderly conduct and vehicle blocking the roadway.

The complainant reported receiving several phone calls each day soliciting different things, including a call from someone claiming to be from offering special deals. The caller then asked for the complainant's credit card number.

Theft -- Registration Plate
1800 block of Bridgetown Pk, Feasterville

The victim reported that he last saw his registration plate on his vehicle at 5 p.m. Thursday. He stated that when he arrived at work at 9:30 p.m. and noticed the plate was missing.
