The complainant reported that her debit card account was used without her permission. She received a notification March 1 that a $95 transaction was completed at a Shell gas station in Wisconsin.

Fraud
Unit block of S. Eastview Ave, Feasterville
Friday, March 2, 2012
The complainant reported that he noticed several fraudulent charges made on two of his credit cards. He said that he last used his cards Wednesday night, the fraudulent charges were made March 2. One charge was for $263.64 and the other charge was for $500.

Motor Vehicle Theft
400 block of E. Street Rd, Feasterville

Police found a silver Toyota running with the doors open and flashers on in front of a Philadelphia pub. According to the vehicle owner, who did not know where his vehicle was, he did not lend the vehicle to anyone and didn't know why or who took the vehicle.

Public Drunkenness
100 block of Street Rd, Feasterville

Police responded at about 1:03 p.m. on a report of a pedestrian struck. Police made contact with Alan Szynal, 50 of Feasterville, who was laying on his back on the curb lane of westbound Street Road. He told police that he was walking on the sidewalk when he lost his balance and fell into the street. He had a strong odor of alcohol coming from his person. He will be cited for public drunkenness.

Assault
600 block of Streamridge Cr, Trevose
Saturday, March 3, 2012
Police were dispatched to St. Mary Medical Center to maintain custody of Iyla Goldenberg, 33 of Trevose, because he was under arrest for domestic assault. The Tri-Hampton Rescue Squad had transported him there for a self-inflicted knife wound -- he received 13 stitches to the wound on the outside of his left forearm. Goldenberg stated that he didn't intend to kill himself, he wanted to prove to his fiance that he loved her. The victim told police that Goldenberg had punched her in the face and displayed a knife during an altercation. He was charged with aggravated assault and related charges and sent to Bucks County Prison in lieu of $150,000 bail.

700 block of Bustleton Pk, Feasterville
Sunday, March 4, 2012
The complainant reported leaving her Iphone on a table at the . She left the restaurant and later returned when she realized she didn't have her phone. Management told her that no one had turned it in. A GPS tracker on the phone placed it in an unknown apartment at the Jefferson on the Creek Complex in Warminster.

Fraud
1500 block of Desire Ave, Feasterville
Monday, March 5, 2012
The victim reported to the police station to report being a fraud victim. He handed over a Pay Pal invoice for $1,788.15 that included a Hewlitt Packard purchase. He stated that he did not make this purchase.

Criminal Mischief
500 block of Harding Ave, Feasterville
Monday, March 5, 2012
The complainant reported that sometime over the weekend, unknown actors got into the 's fenced in yard and broke several children's Play School homes. The actors also ripped the screens out of the windows and broke them.

Theft
600 block of Avenue D, Trevose
Monday, March 5, 2012
The complainant reported that sometime over the weekend, someone got into his locked vehicle and stole his GPS. The driver's side door had some scratches around the frame as though someone had wedged the door to unlock it.
