The complainant reported that he received a text message on his cell phone claiming to be from a financial institution asking for his debit card number. He stated that his bank's policy is not to ask for his card number via phone contact.

Disorderly Conduct
300 block of E. Street Rd, Feasterville

At about 11:59 a.m., police were advised of a fight at . Upon arrival, police observed an employee squaring off in front of the store with Walter Hryckewycz, 51 of Trevose. They were yelling at each other nose-to-nose. According to Hryckewycz, he was in the drive thru with another person in his vehicle making an order and trying to use three coupons. The female employee at the drive thru window advised Hryckewycz that he could only use one coupon per person in the car. He said he was trying to use the third coupon for his handicapped son who was not in the car, but the employee told him the store's policy is one coupon per occupant. Hryckewycz went into the store to speak to a manager and he stated that the manager began yelling in his ear and told him to leave. When he went outside, Hryckewycz said that a male employee began yelling at him. He and the employee were screaming face-to-face and the employee bumped him with his belly. The store manager, however, stated that Hryckewycz entered the store yelling at the top of his lungs to speak to a manager. He stated that Hryckewycz was yelling and cursing in the middle of the restaurant, so he started yelling at Hryckewycz to get out. He stated that Hryckewycz got in his face several times screaming and cursing. Hryckewycz will be cited for disorderly conduct.
