A Bux-Mont Excavating employee reported to police he discovered six road work signs were stolen overnight. The estimated value is $300 per sign for a total of $1,800.

The complainant stated that he came out to his vehicle in the morning and found his vehicle's glove compartment open and loose coins laying on the floor. He also found his credit card and military ID sitting on the seat with a pen next to it. He said that his doors were locked, but that he leaves the driver side window open slightly. The complainant reported $55 cash missing from his wallet.

Public Drunkenness
800 block of Pennsylvania Blvd, Feasterville

Police responded to this location for the report of an intoxicated person walking in the area of a cell phone tower, carrying knives, drinking beer and saying he was going to climb the tower. Police found the man, Robert Reinhart, 32 of Feasterville, in the woods toward the rear of E. Pennsylvania Boulevard and detained him. He told police that he was looking for his dog. Reinhart complied with police and his knives were removed from his person without incident. He was "clearly" intoxicated and unsteady on his feet. He will be cited for public drunkenness.

The complainant stated that a male and female were seen pulling up in a white car at and loading some plants and flowers into their car. They took off toward Street Road. The estimated value of the plants is $100.

The complainant told police that she keeps cash in envelopes in a night stand in her master bedroom. She said that about $7,000 of it in assorted envelopes was taken from her husband's night stand. She said nothing else was taken or disturbed.

The complainant called police and reported that he was with a possible DUI at the . He told police that he was east on Street Road in Bensalem operating a tow truck when he was nearly run into by a vehicle that was exitting Parx Casino. He said he followed that vehicle to the Arbor Lane Apartments and saw both occupants exit the vehicle, one was carrying a beer bottle. Police made contact with Christopher Monroe, 37 of Trevose, who said that he was coming back from the casino with a friend, but would not tell police his friend's name. He also told police that he was not driving, his friend was. Monroe showed signs of intoxication and was cited for public drunkenness.

Police were dispatched at 9:45 a.m. to the area of Bustleton Pike and Street Road for the report of a possible DUI. A witness reported seeing a brown Mercedes SUV all over the roadway and the driver passing out at the wheel. Officers caught up to the reported vehicle and observed it failing to maintain its lane of travel and crossing over the center left turn only lane and the curb of the lane of travel three times. In addition, the vehicle nearly side swiped a Septa bus and began to travel at a high rate of speed over 60 mph in a posted 35 mph zone. An officer attempted to stop the vehicle and was successful, although the driver locker her brakes and abruptly stopped in the passing lane in Bustleton Pike. This officer began to approach the vehicle to make contact with the driver, Jeanette Vega, 43 of Philadelphia, but she began to drive away for about 40 feet. Another officer stopped her and asked her to exit her vehicle. They noticed immediately that she had a vey staggered gate, red eyes and slurred speech. She denied consuming alcohol or controlled substances. Vega failed field sobriety tests and was placed under arrest. She consented to a blood draw. While enroute to the hospital, Vega continued to have a decreased level of consciousness. She later told police that she believed she used heroin, marijuana laced with pcp, Xanax and Soboxin the night before. She was forced to stay at the hospital for evaluation. Vega will be charged via summons pending lab results.

A employee reported a dumpster in the rear of the building on fire. Police found the cardboard dumpster for totally engulfed in flames. The and companies extinguished the fire, which is being investigated by the fire marshal.

An anonymous complainant reported a group of rowdy kids drinking outside of Chalet Village by the creek. Two officers entered the apartment complex just after midnight who observed about nine subjects in the rear of the complex near the creek. They approached the subjects, who appeared to be in the range of 15 to 20 years old, and immediately noticed numerous beer bottles in the area. An officer also observed a blue oval, zippered case on the ground beneath a Honda Civic and recognized the case as commonly being used to protect glass pipes for smoking marijuana. A check of the case revealed a blue glass pipe, lighter and four small glassine ziplock bags with residue. Phillip Vitale, Jr., 21 of Langhorne, admitted to police that the case was his. Vitale Jr. will be charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana. Several of the juveniles present will be cited for underage drinking and curfew violation.

An officer on routine patrol at about 12:24 a.m. when he began following a white Ford Escape south on Trevose Road from Street Road, which began to ride the double yellow lines near Trevose Road and Penn Street and then crossed into the northbound lane near Trevose Road and Somerton Road. The vehicle also crossed over the double yellow lines again, drifted all the way to the right, crossing over the white fog line. This vehicle also almost struck another vehicle. When the vehicle was pulled over and the officer made contact with the driver Patricia Boyle, 44 of Philadelphia. The officer detected the odor of alcohol coming from her and her husband Gerald, who were on the way home from a party where she had "a few." She failed field sobriety tests and registered .12 on a breath test. She was placed under arrest and consented to a blood draw. She will receive a summons for DUI.

Police were dispatched to Mink for the report of about 30 subjects fighting in the parking lot. Upon arrival, a large group was actively fighting and security was attempting to break it up. Giorgi Londaridze, 25 of Philadelphia was wanted out of Philadelphia Major Crimes for a car jacking including a firearm and was listed as armed and dangerous. He was taken into custody. Bekar Kerelashvili, 22 of Philadelphia and Vakhtang Margvelashvili, 25 of Philadelphia were both cited for public drunkenness.

The complainant reported that her Ipod Nano and GPS were taken from her vehicle sometime overnight. She stated that the vehicle is supposed to lock itself when she gets out, but there was no sign of forced entry.

Police responded to Hazy's Bar for the report of a burglary that happened sometime overnight. At about 8:19 a.m., the cleaning lady opened the bar and found that the alarm was not turned on. She immediately noticed that the ATM machine had been torn apart. Police found the rear door and frame had been broken apart. The telephone lines to the business along the rear wall had been cut in two or three places. According to an alarm company representative, once the phone lines were cut, the alarm was not able to alert the central station monitoring company. The alarm box was opened and wires cut until the audible alarm was silenced and a DVR was taken from a storage room, which was trashed. The bar area was also trashed, with two cash registered forcibly entered, change on the floor, computer screens and credit card terminals were found on the floor. The actors used pry tools and an electric cutting disk to cut the metal of the ATM machine, which usually holds $600. A wall-mounted change machine was taken, which had about $200 in bills and change in it. The pool table coin slot was ripped open and money box removed.

The complainant reported that sometime on Sunday, an unknown actor broke into his locked shed and stole his Echo trimmer and power washer. The value of the trimmer is $200 and the power washer's value is $279.

The complainant reported that she was in her house's downstairs rec room when she heard the dogs barking. She looked out front and saw an older black Honda Accord in the driveway near the street. When she went to the front door, she saw a male walking from the front door to the car. He asked how to get to Al's Junk Yard and she told him how. The complainant later discovered the rear door glass was broken and the door, but it didn't appear that the actor entered the home since the dogs were there.

A Wine & Spirits employee told police that a male entered the store and she recognized him from last week for possibly stealing bottles of liquor. She said she watched him walk around the store and then leave to go to his car. He came back into the store and went to the register with a bottle of vodka. She checked his ID, he paid for the vodka and left the store. The employee checked the store surveillance and saw him place a bottle of bourbon in his pants, walk out of the store and walk back in to buy the bottle of vodka. Brandon Lennon, 24 of Feasterville, will be issued a citation for retail theft.

An officer on patrol observed a dark colored Saturn Vue in the parking lot of Bridgetown Family Health parked in the grass with the reverse lights and brake lights on almost resting on the telephone pole. When the officer pulled into the parking lot, he observed a male that appeared to be passed out in the driver's seat. The officer made contact with the driver, Raymond Ficke, 39 of Huntington Valley, and told him to put his car in park and shut it off. Ficke was unable to locate his driver's license, handing over credit cards and a health insurance card to the officer instead. The officer could see Ficke's license in his wallet as he was looking for it. Ficke had glassy eyes, slurred speech, did not know where he was and continued to tell the officer he was just sleeping. Ficke got out of his vehicle and almost fell into trees next to his car and the officer had to help him to his patrol vehicle because he was very unsteady on his feet. Ficke was placed under arrest for DUI of a controlled substance. During a search, the officer discovered seven pills in Ficke's front pants pocket. Ficke refused a blood draw. He will receive a summons for DUI, refusal and possession.

The complainant stated that when she returned home from work, she and her daughter discovered the rear door to the house wide open. They went upstairs and found that their Ipads were missing from their bedrooms. They also found that $400 cash was missing from the master bedroom. The estimated value of the taken items is $1,400.

An officer was on a routine patrol when he observed a suspicious older, blue Buick parked with its lights off and two men sitting in it. Both subjects were dressed in dark clothing and wearing baseball caps. The officer found this vehicle to be suspicious. The officer approached the passenger side of the vehicle and both subjects appeared startled when he shined his light into the car. The officer detected the odor of marijuana when he approached the driver's side of the car. Both subjects, Justin Woytunick, 23 of Oakford, and Donald Long, Jr., 38 of Levittown, appeared under the influence of a controlled substance. They both had blood shot eyes, slurred speech and very slow motor skills. Long admitted to having a smoking pipe in the car and that he had smoke marijuana. The pipe, which was still warm, was handed over to police. During a search, police found suspected marijuana in a clear ziplock bag in the vehicle. Woytunick resisted arrest a few times and officers had to force him into a patrol car. Both subjects will receive summons.
