Police Blotter June 29

Incidents and arrests as reported by the Lower Southampton Police Department.

The following arrest information was supplied by the Lower Southampton police department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Theft
2500 block of Bridgetown Pike, Feasterville
Wednesday, June 29, 2011
Police responded to SBA Towers Cell Site regarding a theft. Upon arrival, an AT&T employee reported that he arrived to do work at the tower site. He observed copper bus grounding bars had been removed from all of the telecommunication equipment. In addition, he said that copper grounding wires attached to the perimeter fence had been cut and removed. There were two holes cut in the chain link fence, one on the south side and one on the northeast side. The lock to the gate was still intact. The AT&T employee said that six cellular companies utilize the cell tower; all had wires and bus bars removed from their equipment.
