Incidents and arrests as reported by the Lower Southampton Police Department.

The following arrest information was supplied by the Lower Southampton police department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Criminal Mischief
Unit block of Magnolia Court, Feasterville
Friday, June 17, 2011
The complainant reported criminal mischief to her car that occurred sometime overnight. Three tired were punctured.

Public Drunkenness
500 block of Andrews Road, Trevose
Saturday, June 18, 2011
Richard Most, 37 of Hatboro, and a friend were seen stumbling in a Wine and Spirits store. A store employee told the two he would not serve them because they were intoxicated. After a brief argument, the two left the store in Most's truck. An officer observed the truck traveling south bound on Brownsville Road and performed a traffic stop. Most was in the passenger seat and his friend was driving. Officers determined that "it would be better" if Most's friend not drive. It was also determined that Most was "highly intoxicated" and could not drive. While waiting for a ride, Most got out of his truck and began cursing and complaining about the police. Most was advised by police several times to calm down or he would be cited for public intoxication. He continued to yell and curse and was cited for public drunkenness.

Assault
300 block of Heights Lane

Police were called to the on a report of a domestic assault in progress between a husband and wife that had turned physical. Upon arrival, the wife told police that she and her husband, Zuckria Naimi, were arguing when it became physical. She asked Naimi to leave the apartment and then he came up to her, pushed her down onto the couch and began punch her in the head and neck area. She then picked up a coffee cup and struck him in the head with it. The couple's son confirmed the details of the altercation to police.  Naimi told police that he struck his wife first and was the aggressor in the situation. Police took pictures of both parties' injuries. Written statements were also given. Police took Naimi into custody without incident for domestic assault; he was taken to the Bensalem Police Department for processing and was fingerprinted. Naimi was arraigned in front of Judge Pareantou and sent to a Bucks County Correctional Facility.

Driving Under the Influence
Rosewood Avenue, Trevose

While on routine patrol, police witnessed a car traveling south on Brownsville Road. Police saw the car cross over the double yellow lines into the northbound lane and drift toward the fog line several times before the driver pulled into a driveway. After stopping and talking to her, police reported a stong odor of alcohol coming from the driver, Candy Sansores, 31 of Trevose. According to police, Sansores had a difficult time following simple instructions, was unable to produce any paperwork for the car and her motor skills appeared greatly diminished. She told police she had a few beers but couldn't calculate how many she had.  Sansores failed field sobriety tests and blew a .20 on a preliminary breath test. She was then arrested without incident and transported to St. Mary's Hospital for a blood draw that she consented to. Sansores was then livescanned and taken home. Police reported that she belligerent throughout the process and accused police of stealing her credit cards. Sansores will receive a summons.
