Monday, July 25
An AT&T technician reported a theft at the AT&T cell tower site. He reported that someone removed a copper grounding bus bar, which connects the cell tower to the utility building next to it.

Sunday, July 17, 2011
On July 17, employees reported to police that an actor walked out of the store with a home theater system that he hadn't paid for. When employees followed him out to the parking lot and asked him for his receipt, he could not produce one. He gave them the box and left in a white Pontiac Grand Am. On July 18, a Bergey Ford employee told police that the vehicle involved in the incident was recently purchased from their dealership by Nicholas Saracino, 35 of North Wales. On July 23, a K-Mart employee identified Saracino in a photo line-up as the actor in the incident. Saracino will be charged with retail theft via mail.

A complainant reported that sometime over the weekend, an unknown actor tagged one of Serv Pro's white box vans with black spray paint.

Employees of PC Electric called to report that an insurance check worth $6,133 was stolen out of their business P.O. box at the UPS Store. The check was fraudulantly cashed on Friday, July 22 by a female that signed the company's information when cashing it. The owner of the check cashing store got the name "Sue" and the cell phone number of the actor. The actor agreed to meet the PC Electric employees at the UPS store to return the money. Svetlana Kozakov, 46 of Richboro, showed up and returned the money to the employees. At this time, Kozakov was arrested and charged with theft, forgery and related charges. She was released on $20,000 unsecured bail.

The complainant reported that his car had been egged on July 24 around 2:12 a.m. He stated that he hadn't initially reported it because he figured kids were responsible for it. However, he recognized the vehicle after reviewing surveillance video. Though the driver could nnot be positively identfied, the complainant believes the actor is a former worker with whom he has had an ongoing issue with since firing him.

The victim reported that a Ford F-150 was sold in August 2009, but the buyer never transferred the tag into his name. Since that time, the victim stated that he has received numerous citations with the license plate.

The victim reported that he arrived to check in on a vacant property when he observed broken windows. Nothing appeared to be disturbed within the property.
