Liquor Laws - Possession
1200 block of Bustleton Pike, Feasterville
Saturday, July 2, 2011
Police observed Ryan Brown and Christopher Coulter, both 20 of Feasterville, walking across the parking lot of the at 3:15 a.m. Both Brown and Coulter told police they were walking home from the Oakford area and eventually admitted to drinking alcohol. Both took preliminary breath tests that resulted in .07. Police advised both men that they were stopped due to the problem with thefts from vehicles and burglaries in the area. Police cited both with 6308a and sent on their way.

Public Drunkenness
100 block of E. Street Road, Feasterville
Saturday, July 2, 2011
Police observed Vincent McIlwain, 25 of Feasterville, urinating along the edge of the parking lot at . He was originally walking from behind the FedEx building; he was next to the woods. McIlwain admitted to police that he had been drinking at Kenny's in Upper Southampton and walked home. He said he had to urinate so he stopped and urinated on the walk and his sneakers. Police issued him with a citation for public drunkenness.

Disorderly Conduct
300 block of Heights Lane, Feasterville

Police were dispatched to the at 1:05 a.m. for a domestic disturbance in progress. Upon arrival, police made contact with the complainant who stated that she was grabbed by the back of the head and thrown to the ground by her boyfriend Anatoliy Kunisovskyy, 32 of Philadelphia. She said that Kunisovskyy's friend broke up the physical contact and they left in a grey/silver Volkswagen. She said they were most likely heading toward Philadelphia; she refused medical treatment. While on the scene, Kunisovskyy and his friend came back and tried to walk away and hide behind a bush at the rear of the apartment complex. Police reported that Kunisovskyy was heavily intoxicated and neither he nor his friend could give a valid reason for being there. Kunisovskyy was cited for public drunkenness and disorderly conduct.

Burglary, Forced Entry
300 block of W. Street Road, Feasterville

Police responded to on a report of alarm condition at 4:39 a.m. Upon arrival, police observed the front door glass smashed out and entry gained after another inner glass door was smashed out. A responding officer noticed the cash register till drawer on the floor and loose change on the floor. Police reported that it appeared that the actors used a hammer type object to apply several blows to the glass portion of each door. Once inside, it appeared as though the actor went to the nearest cash register, removed the tray and took approximately $200 of wrapped assorted change.

Police responded to Sterling Auto Body for a report of an alarm condition at 4:48 a.m., just moments after an alarm condition at . Upper Southampton officers, who were assisting at the bakery, arrived on the scene in two minutes and discovered two broken windows in two different areas of the building. It appeared that a rock was thrown through the front door at the Enterprise Rental Office, but nothing was disturbed in the office. A rock was thrown through narrow windows and gained entry to the Sterling Auto Body main office. Two desks were entered; their contents were strewn on the floor. There were valuables left behind. The damage to the windows was estimated at $1,000 each, for a loss of $2,000, plus contents if anything is found missing. At 10:40 a.m., the manager reported to police that the only thing missing was $72 cash from a drawer in the office. The manager stated that he thought it was strange that the actor knew where to look for the money. He also stated that this is the third Fourth of July weekend in a row that the auto body was burglarized.

Theft- Auto
1000 block of Wood Road, Oakford

Police observed a 16 year old riding a white Honda dirt bike. The officer honked his air horn and activated his siren. The teen then accelerated and fled. He blatantly ignored a stop sign that he accelerated through at a high rate of speed located at Wood and Marshall. Police stated in the report that it was extremely unsafe to pursue the dirt bike through a crowded neighborhood on residential streets. A witness told police that the teen was riding a neighbor's dirt bike and didn't believe the teen had permission to drive the bike. The witness called the teen who told him he just crashed the bike. Police met the teen on the 1000 block of Wood Road, where he observed fresh wounds on the teen's forearms, elbow and hands. He made a statement without being asked any questions. "I'm very sorry, I panicked, I took off when I saw you. The clutch got stuck and I crashed into a fence," the teen told police. He got into the police car to show the officer where he crashed. Upon arriving at the scene of the crash, police spoke to the owner of the dirt bike owner who said he was attending a party on the 1000 block of Wood Road; he left the bike in a driveway with the keys in the ignition. While at the party, the bike owner told police that the teen took the bike without his permission. The teen will receive summons for juvenile court. He will be charged with motor vehicle theft, fleeing/eluding police and traffic violations.

Disorderly Conduct
600 block of E. Pine Street, Feasterville

Police responded to a report of a fireworks complaint in the area of Ponderosa and Old Street Road. Upon arrival, police reported seeing several aerial displays that appeared to be originating from the area of Ponderosa and Pine Street. Police followed the display and could see several subjects in the rear yard lighting objects; Police observed approximately 10 detonations from the ground to the air that exploded into an aerial display. The responding officer identified himself and asked that the homeowner, Theodore Romanowski, 35, meet him at the fence to the property. The officer advised Romanowski of the complaint and told him that his conduct was making unreasonable noise and was very irresponsible with such close proximity of the houses and vegetation. Romanowski will be cited for disorderly conduct for detonating large scale aerial fire works causing unreasonable noise.

Disorderly Conduct - Disturbing the Peace
500 block of Rosewood Avenue, Trevose

The complainant reported an ongoing problem with his neighbors playing loud music in the middle of the night. When police responded at 4:13 a.m., they could hear loud music coming from the garage. The officer made contact with David Archibald, 53, and Brian Archibald, 18. They immediately agreed to turn the music off for the night. Brian was warned about the music at an inappropriate time and David was warned for the same thing later that night. They were both advised that this was the second warning for both and the third time in as many days for the same problem. They will both be cited via mail for disorderly conduct.
